The book is very helpful. I have several certifications but love how this book gives progression and regression ideas. I work with the general public mostly very weak and sometimes very broken individuals that can’t even do correctives to middle aged women that have a priority on core training which this book makes it #1. Next I plan on purchasing rehab and physical therapy books to help those that can’t afford it. Not my scope of practice but my gym doesn’t give you a choice on who you train so I have a lot of seniors, amputees, blind, and injured folks I train. Long as waivers are signed and they are cleared by a doctor in some cases I do my best to help them get stronger. I have a few stronger younger folks as well so this book is perfect.
