The video is heavy on the arms (anterior raises in particular)but I would think this is a part that is not addressed as much in some of her other videos so that is a good thing. I rotate all her videos and the results are great for overall health and strength. There were only two sections to the workout and putting the cool down in the middle and not separate from the rest was annoying. The first part was a little too dancy for me. The second half was good, and I did like the abs section. The cool down in the middle was a definite negative. --jarilove.comI had this video before and lost it. Now that I have it again my workouts are complete. This vidoe is easy to follow. I know the importance of weight traing but I can't seem to get motivated to do it on my own. I tend to cheat on reps etc. This is a good full body workout that I can incorporate into my cardio. You can do the whole workout or just choose the areas you want to work that day. This exercise video offers great workouts for getting ripped! At 68, I can do the exercises, and they are both challenging and effective. The instructions are clear, with excellent descriptions and demonstrations, making it easy to follow along. Highly recommended for all fitness levels!
