I ordered this very excitedly and when I finally put the baby down to get to workout number one, I looked at the chart and it told me to use the PNBC dvd and do the warm up, kardio kick, body resistance and cool down. The problem is, the DVD is set up where you either click on the 12 week program broken down into week 1, etc. OR you pick one of four workouts (2 have pilates, 2 with floorwork). NO WHERE in the descriptions on the DVD could I find the option to pick kardio kick or body resistance. So I looked online for answers- NOTHING. Apparently, every reviewer had NO problem figuring out how to find their workouts within the DVDs... BUT ME. By the time I messed around with it and gave up frustrated because I couldn't find the work out I was supposed to do on Day 1, the baby work up and I've lost my chance to workout for the day. Not a clear set up. I wish there was a place online that would explain how to find the workouts that are listed on the downloadable guides. It's easy to find the DVD but once you're in the DVD, it's not clear what to click on to get the right workout listed in the guide. SO CONFUSED. Throwing this away and ordering something else that might be a little easier to follow.
