It really does look like some post-production disaster hit it, and they didn't bother to rectify the errors. It's a shame, too, because the first segment -- where Jari is wearing a red top and doing some 4-limbed AWT, is pretty fun. So, why did I give this 4 stars? The WEIGHTS & ABS & mix is worth its weight in GOLD. It's 30 minutes that hits the body all-over. Just enough reps to stay true to Jari's stylebut few enough that I can go a bit heavier than usual. There is a separate warm-up that you can choose on the main menu, but I find it to be too fast, so I usually just warm up on my own. The & Weights & Abs & mix is also found on the Body Rock dvd. Either way, it's worth having! --jarilove.comI've never tried Jari's videos before but the film clip looked pretty good so I bought it. She has a pleasant, calm personality and the music was pretty good. I didn't care for how the video was put together. Why a cool down then more exercises? Is that typical of her videos? This exercise video offers great workouts for getting ripped! At 68, I can do the exercises, and they are both challenging and effective. The instructions are clear, with excellent descriptions and demonstrations, making it easy to follow along. Highly recommended for all fitness levels!
