You know I read some of the negative views on this book but I bought the book anyway being that Terrell Owens is a former NFL veteran. NFL players are on contract to eat right 24-7 365 while they are on contract.So I was curious on how T.O kept him shape. I never will forget when T.O.was playing Coach John Gruden said T.O. is the strongest receivers playing at that time. So with that I just had to purchase this book. This is a great book on diet and for workouts for the home and gym. He has some great home workouts with the stretch bands that are excellent. T.O shares his knowledge on what to eat in the morning and the rest of the day without sabotaging your diet. The diets are simple and you can follow it without breaking your budget. I am glad that I purchase this book and I would highly recommend it for anyone who want to stay in shape.
