I really like this journal, I have seen other journals similiar to this cost $20 this is a great price! I am not good at using an app on my phone.. writing it down makes me more accountable for what I am eating. I keep this in my kitchen, so there is no question of missing something that I snack on. This book has a weekly recap, which is nice to set goals and to think about your weaknesses and where I am doing good. I like that I have my weight loss in one book that way I can log how I feel and know if a certain food made my stomach upset etc... Overall this is a very handy tool for those monitoring their food intake.
