Iam 75 years old and I am trying to keep limber, keep as mobile as i can and keep my muscles use able. I wish I had thisbook when I was much younger. Many good tips. I have even gone back to Weight Watchers for group motivation and timefor myself to connect with people also interested in healthy living.
