It was what I needed, but hard to keep the air I blew into it, to stay in while having to plug it back in. It included a hard white plastic strawlike thing that had no purpose & no instructions as to what it was for.Love this item, the price is exceptional and it works great for exercising. It took me two tries to inflate but was not difficult. It adds a new level to my workouts. There is one warning that should be mentioned. I had the ball sitting on my credenza and when I picked it up, it removed the finish on the top of the desk. Just be careful where it is placed.Terrible! No directions, a straw that's useless and no way to put the plug back oin without all the air coming out.I love it when I order something and it is exactly as advertised. This small yoga ball came with both the insert and the straw to blow it up. I love the color too. I liked mineso much that I bought one for my sister as part of her birthday present.I thought these would be big enough for a school aged child to use as a yoga ball.
