Most gyms in the US tend to be kept on the cool side and working up a sweat can be difficult. I have found that these long sleeve shirts are light weight, do not cling to you (i.e. like a standard Tee shirt) and tend to ward off the cool AC air of the standard gym, thus making working up a good sweat a lot easier. They do do absorb sweat thus becoming heavier as your workout progresses and are designed to whisk off sweat during your physical activity. They do come in short sleeve versions, which I also have for track and trail workouts. If you trail walk like I do, these fit nice and easily with little or no weight added to your back pack thus making the carrying of three or four extra shirts on a long hike a breeze.needed a UV shirt as I am a Heart Transport and live in Florida. This is one of many styles I have, this one is ok, fit as expected. would recommend it for the price..The shirt is a bit tight and the quality wasn't as great as I expected. It's quite a bit thin of a layer. But some people like it that way.This shirt looks and feels Great! I wear it for dancing Zumba! This was my first experience with Zumba shirts and I will buy some more as they become available. I have 3 Zumba fitness shirts.I chose this rating because my experience was excellent. I have like everything about this product since it came as described and came quickly. I would recommend this product to everyone.This is a Christmas gift to my grandson, don't know how it fits but I know he will love it. Thank for everything,SUPER STRONG CHEMICAL SMELL. Tried washing, outside air,febreeze and the stich is still there. Others can smell it too. Fit is good. Blue stitching is very bright.Cute but dont like it allot
