Well...I am a bit of a yoga mat snob and have a Manduka pro mat. They are undoubtedly the best mat they also come with a very high price! My boyfriend wants to get into yoga so I bought this mat for him because he is 6’2”It is not as thick or as wide as the Manduka, But it is much better than any other alternative I have tried. It is thicker than most mats and the link is quite good for him. So if you were looking for a solid mat that doesn’t break the budget but isn’t quite the top of the line I would recommend this.Can tear easily so be careful if you put heavy weights down but doesn’t stretch. Good value for money but if you plan to religiously use it go for the fancy mats.I like this mat. it's better than the ones I've had previously. I'm sure there's thicker more luxurious ones out there but I'm not looking to spend a couple bills on something I step onI am 6' 2" and this mat is long enough. It is also thicker than my last mat. I do like this mat. I have used it once so far. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that my hands will slide a little when they get sweaty. That is the only negative. At this price, I would get it again.I bought this form my wife. The product was delivered without delays considering the COVID19 situation. My wife is using this everyday.Quality of the mat is very goodThis is exactly what I was looking for. My other mat simply wasn't long enough for me, so I was very glad to find this. And at this price, it's a steal.(FYI, there is absolutely no "disintegration" or dots left on the floor with mine, so the other reviewer who experienced that may have had a defective item.)
