When this product name says tight, it means tight. I'm about 5' 11", 255lbs, normally wear an XL, but this thing is tight as an XXL. I don't mean that as a bad thing though- I actually really like this shirt. It stays in place and gives me plenty of free movement. I like wearing something compressiony under a t-shirt when I'm lifting and this does exactly that job. The shirt is long enough that it stays in place no matter what I'm doing. The material is very thin, but again, I wouldn't count that as necessarily a bad thing. The tightness makes up for the thinness in terms of feeling supported. I don't tend to wear this shirt alone (see above 255lb frame- no one wants to see that skin tight), but when I do, it's light and cool. I like the grey flares on the sides. Overall, I've been very satisfied with this shirt.
