I got these for a pilates class, and they have worked great so far... I really like that we ccan change the weight.I was looking for adjustable weights from 5-10 pounds for travel road trips. I didn’t need a set of weights too heavy, like 30-35lbs so these were a good option with a range of 2.5 to 11 pounds per dumbbell. I like the feel of these wights in the hand. They are quiet and balanced. I do a wide variety of strength exercises which necessitates me changing the weight (heaviness) fairly regularly. My only complaint would be that sometimes it’s hard to screw the tops back on without mis-threading it…. Resulting in having to try several times before it goes on smoothly. While it’s not a huge deal, it does interrupt the flow of my workout. Anyway, I do like them and would recommend them.These weights are a great value for the amount of customizing you can do with them. They also save quite a bit of space compared to having multiple pairs of dumbbells in a rack when you’re short on space. Pretty easy to adjust the weight and great for a little workout in front of the tv.I love these dumbbells! Because they are adjustable, I feel like I have a full set of dumbbells for a fraction of the price. The only inconvenience is that you obviously don't have all the weight options available to you at once. However, it is very simple to add/remove weight so downtime is minimal if you do want to adjust the weight mid-workoutI have been looking for a dumbbell set for a while. But when I found this amazing design, I think it is much better than having a dumbbell set at home. It saves me a lot of space and I can change the weight easily.These are great for doing the workout at home! I can change the weight as I want. It's really cost-effective for me than buying many weights. Perfect home guy product, worth the money.I have been looking for these weights for a while. I want something adjustable because I don't have the room for much. One side of each handle has 4 small weights. You can add or take away whatever you want and they don't flop or slide around. I haven't weighted them but I think you can definitely make more weight combinations than they listed. Well worth the money!
