These tops do just that. Love the fabric, color and fit. Small fit perfectly and the length came down just past my hips. Has a nice amount of stretch to it. Great at wicking moisture too. They wash up nice too with no shrinkage issues. I've tried similar tops from Athleta, Gap and Nike which just don't fit me well. Give these a try. I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised.You can't beat the price for these workout tops, but they run at least one, maybe even two sizes smaller than listed on the size chart and have a very fitted design. The fabric is thin and semi-sheer. I'm ordering the next size up to see if it makes a difference, but I'm not overly hopeful. For reference, I am 5'6" tall with an average build.
