I've only had this for a few days but it's a good slamball overall. For reference I'm not a heavy gym goer but do workout around 4 to 5 times a week doing cardio and functional fitness exercises, I'm average to slightly above average build, and I find this ball good for certain exercises (like skull crushers) and maybe a bit too heavy (in 20lbs) for exercises where you're moving/jumping around a bit more, for those I switch to a 12, or even 8 lb. If you order this make sure a slamball is what you're looking for, there are many options when it comes to medicine balls. This one is easy to grip and unlike some it doesn't feel unbalanced. Many of the companies seem to have one size of ball with different amounts of sand for weight so if you order a certain weight, it may be balanced while unbalanced at a lower weight, and that can be annoying since you'll be moving around quite a bit with it. I can say that the with this 20lb ball you can't feel the sand shifting around while using it. It's a good overall size as well making it easy to grip for two handed exercises but not so much one handed.I have used this for a week now, and the durability seems good. The texture is easy to hold on to, it has well-distributed weight. The only thing is that it comes a little deflated, which I know some people prefer, but I like mine to be more ridged. There is a hole where you can pump it up (like a basketball/beach ball) if you care to adjust the air inside.I love the texture on this thing. It makes it so much easier to grip. Perfect! Can't wait to see how my abs tone using the ball!I own the 40lb, 20lb, and 10lb slam balls from this seller. the 40Lb is great, filled with sand, and evenly weighted. the 20lb is pretty good, a little less stable than the 40lb ball but nothing to complain about. The 10lb ball having the same volume as the 20lb ball is pretty meh. It does the job I guess but since it has less sand (maybe like 40% less?) but the same volume, there is a lot of space for the sand to swish and shake around inside as opposed to the 20lb and 40lb balls. My recommendation is to buy the 20lb+ slam balls.The product was a bit oily but that I think it the process with most items made from rubber. In time it will rub off. The items is fairly heavy duty and will with stand my workouts, love it.. I'm also thinking of purchasing another one a size smaller.With Covid happening I have been looking beyond our normal fitness store for my purchases. I found this 20LB smash ball and decided to give it a shot (not knowing much about the company). It has been used a few times so far and seems very durable. Similar to the higher end tread slam balls you would purchase from a local fitness store. I am extremely happy with the product and would recommend for anyone considering a purchase.Para un artículo como el adquirido pudiera parecer que hay poco que decir, es una pelota para hacer ejercicio, pero en el caso de este balón, resalta que esta muy bien hecho, tiene buen material, buen agarre, color, vaya esta tan bien hecho que pudiera parecer que no tiene nada para llamar la atención, pero precisamente por estar tan bien manufacturado es que no se le resalta nada. Si tienes gym en casa o deseas ampliarlo lo recomiendo sin duda alguna, sirve para hacer abdominales, pecho, hombro, fuerza de brazo.I needed a heavier Slam Ball and was happy to find this one. I bought the 40 lbs BalanceFrom Slam Ball and it arrived on time and in perfect shape. It quickly got some use and I got exactly what I expected from this product. It is easy to grip and takes a pounding. I recommend this Slam Ball!!
