I bought this for my teens workout room because they wanted to build their abs up. I have to boys and 1 girl using it for almost a month now and you can definitely see the progress. They have a lot of fun working out on this machine. You can work your sides as well which is awesome. I love seeing my kids get fit and stay healthy while having fun doing it. It was for easy to put together and he have had no issues as far as it tipping over. It is made pretty sturdy to hold a good amount of weight as well. Thank you for such a fun workout machine.
