These are exactly what they say in the description - tight Lycra and polyester gym shorts. It’s a preference thing, some days I’ll wear looser fitting shorts but I wanted some tighter fitting ones. I own a few other items of clothing in polyester and Lycra and it’s a combination that works for me.These remind me of a pair of cycle shorts I once had but they’re shorter.I’m preferring these to my other shorts at the moment. They’re very comfortable, feels like they stretch with you. I didn’t need to size up from my usual size for shorts. Think these are ideal for warmer weather (not that we’ve had much since I bought them). I find they’re accentuating the work I’ve done on my legs and glutes.Great that they come in the plain orange and black and red without the “Muscle Alive’ logo. For the price can’t go wrong,Tip: definitely wear underwear underneath, especially the red ones!
