I am 5'3" 130 athletic build, so I am petite with a lot of muscle. I am a natural 34C or 32D bra so I need decent support for when i finish workouts with cardio. I am usually between a small and a medium depending on the brand. In order to get the support i need for my boobs i need a small but then my shoulders get cut into from straps and its I can feel my shoulder blades too much from the straps behind, then mediums are too loose and my boobs bounce too much but the straps dont cut into me. I got the small, and this bra is perfect! I have a lipma (cyst) on my shoulder blade right where back fat would sit and the straps cover it completely which is great to hide back fat of you have it. If you are inbetween sizes and need boob support, go for the smaller size. If that doesnt bother you and you are just looking for comfort and style, go for the bigger size. I am ordering more colors! Obsessed!
