This is one of the best items I bought for my home gym. Having used the wooden boxes at other gyms, I really wanted to have this type of a box to avoid injury. It has allowed me to be less fearful of injury and do higher jumps than I would have with wooden box. Compared to other plyoboxes, this is a great deal in terms of cost. Offers three heights. If I were to pick a couple of potential negatives, I would be careful getting it for someone who is over 200lb and for heavy use. It is lighter build, which is a big advantage as one can move it around easily, but also means that heavier you are, the more careful you have be in landing in the tallest side (as it is also the narrowest). Overall, very satisfied with it.
