This is the perfect post-mastectomy bra for when you're a few weeks past surgery but still have to live and sleep in a sports bra. It gives compression but not too much. It's a long line so it covers were the drains were without the band being "on" those spots. I can wear my binder over it if I need to. It's high enough on the sides and the cross back means there is compression on the lymph nodes area without it cutting in which is such a necessity.It doesn't roll up painfully. There's a little bit of roll up but because there is no hard seam at the bottom it doesn't cut into you and it's long enough to avoid rolling up when you're sitting. So many sports bras are only designed for when working out, but I have to sit and sleep in one of these 24/7 for 6 weeks.On sizing- I saw people say the sizing is small. Amazon recommended a medium for me, but I looked at the bra size from the chart (not the dress size) and got that size. I wear a size 8 top but I'm a 36D. I went with the 36D on the size chart and bought an XL. I've never bought XL anything but it fits perfectly. So the advice I've seen elsewhere of order 2 sizes up seems accurate for me too if you go by dress size. But the chart was perfectly accurate when I went by bra size.I'm pretty sure I'll wear these even after my surgery has all healed. They are very comfortable and I could definitely see me doing yoga in them and feeling comfortable.
