Me siento conforme y muy satisfecha realizando compras desde la plataforma de Amazon ya que por experiencia considero que son muy responsables y muy cuidadosa en satisfacer la necesidad de sus usuarios.+ I purchased it for only one reason - to exercise my legs via the "scissor kick" function, in order to supplement leg lifts that I currently do. I may also do the "pectoral extension" and "triceps extension". It seems fine for my purpose.- This machine probably won't help abs, unless you are really out of shape. You're better off simply doing normal sit-ups and normal push-ups without a machine.- I found no use for the resistance bands (I prefer free weights), but tried them and was amazed that they didn't become loose since they attach to the machine by Velcro. Others may actually find them useful.If I didn't get reimbursed by my health insurance "Wellness Wallet", I would not have paid $76 for it.If you put in effort you will have a great fat burning workout. I didn’t receive a dvd so I laminated the chart and hung it in my home gym. A great, sturdy multi use/workout product. I’m 5’5 290lbs with recent surgery on knee and ankle…and recently a mom. I primarily bought this machine because I needed a new piece of ab equipment that was easily stored. This fits the bill for both! One issue I always have had when doing an ab workout is the strain I put on my back, but not with this the bars keep my back in better alignment as to not strain or end up lifting with my back. I also really like the triceps exercises you can really feel the burn there and triceps are very hard to localize. It fits right under the bed too which is perfect for storage.The only downfall, and this is minor, is the padding on the bars isn't the greatest when doing an ab work out so you can feel them dig in a bit but it is very minor.All in all great product would definitely recommend.I like this product, it has a major problem is the squeaky noise that it is making the noise is really annoying, I use oil but it still squeaks PIFFI absolutely love this lil machine!!!you definitely get a great all around workout ❤️it does a lot more than all the workouts they show you !!!!my arms my lgs my stomach are getting stronger everyday !!Lol and I’m hoping gives me buns of steel!!received this today and really liking it, but overall the squeaky noise is annoying so that's why i gave it three stars. good little machine though, looking forward to finally do some small workouts after work and hopefully it lasts for a long timeupdate: the "cushion steps/bars" are not even, it's alrightMy ab crunch came before the estimated delivery date. It was super easy to assemble and is also very easy to adjust for quick storage when not in use. The seat is nicely padded, making the exercises where you are seated on it more comfortable. The padding on the arms is very comfortable as well, whether your are using them to support your back, stomach or hands. There are a lot of different exercises that you can do with just the ab crunch, but there are even more that make it an even better workout if you use the bands that are included! I am new to the exercise world, so I was eager to start researching workouts that I could do with my new ab crunch, but was pleasantly surprised to find very helpful resources included! Many variations of workouts that you can do with the ab crunch are not only included in the manual, but easy to follow illustrations are also printed on a large poster for super easy reference. They even include a DVD with a quick 8 minute workout! I am honestly extremely pleased with my ab crunch so far and look forward to many more workouts with it!Pretty sure these are fake reviews. I weight only 135lb and my butt keeps sliding off. If you sit all the way back your back is then not supported. I've used a different one and had no problem with sitting on it. Only reason I am buying a new one is because the spring broke after 7 months using the other one. However This one day 1 one side was making noise & on the 2nd day the other said started to sound loose, making a different sound. Not a good sign. Also when leaning back, I can feel that they both go back unevenly. Which pretty sure isnt good for your back. The bars/rest feel loose. Going to return. knew the low price was too good to be true. Recommend buying the ones over $120. I know I already order the one I bought before.I have had this for a few days, the item is basically already assembled, you just need to lift the arms up to use. It was great the first few days, I have tried a variety of activities on it but lightly used. Now I'm noticing one of the arms has developed a squeak in it as I'm using it to cycle. Just a small annoyance! I've tried to oil it thinking maybe it's the hinges, but the issue has not resolved. I will have to keep fiddling with it, or use it with ear plugs in if I don't get used to the sound!Other than the squeak, the device acts as an amazing support in toning and I can really feel the targeted muscles engaging as I work out, so I'm optimistic that eventually I will see results!Used this product because needed gym equipment at home since can't go to gym because of Covid-19 restrictions. Doing exercises as illustrated in booklet is easy.I ordered this machine to replace an older machine and because the price was great. The machine is exactly as advertised and is very comfortable to use. I've only used it twice. My only complaint is the banging noises and the squeaking. My other machine was very quiet. The company has offered a replacement. i will post another product review later.I've changed my reviews to five stars.
