The rack was easy to put together, even on your own. I did it in about 2 hours using only the tools in the box. Every piece was clearly labeled, except the armed bars on the back and the base which were labeled in reverse.Be careful when putting up the orange cross bar (for pull ups) as that can slide off and fall before it is secured into place.The bench is super comfortable, but it arrived separately from the rack.
