This belt is slightly thicker and a touch shorter than the OEM belt. The original belt was probably stretched due to wear, but this belt does seem a bit beefier, which is a good thing. The inside ridges are also slightly shallower, but they grip the splines on the wheel just as well. You will have to adjust the tension a bit after removing the old belt due to this belt being a few millimeters shorter, but once properly installed, it should last a very long time.
