I had a recent flare up of an old severe sprain injury to my left wrist. It seemed that my movements during sleep would aggravate it more so I researched various wrist support wraps and found these. The wraps were highly rated, appeared to be of high quality construction and seemed to be an excellent value in comparison to others I had found.Upon receipt, I began wearing one on my left wrist 24/7 (except in the shower, of course). Within a very short period I began to notice my wrist was feeling better. I began to wear it less but always during sleep and now, within about 2 weeks I am able to go without wearing it. I do keep it on my dresser just in case I have another flare up.I can see where these wrist support wraps would be excellent item for anyone who exercises regularly and definitely recommend these as being of high quality and excellent value.
