Le sto usando da quasi 1 anno e devo dire che rispondono ancora molto bene.Le diverse resistenze sono utili per esercizi differenti anche se si tende ad usare per lo più quelle intermedie, la più dura é un po' difficoltosa da maneggiare, la più morbida la usa talvolta mia figlia in quanto molto elastica.Spero durino ancora molto tempo ma se ne avessi bisogno penso ricomprerei queste visto il costo contenuto.
