Get weight set. I had to buy a different set of clips to make the weights stay on. The blue things are just annoying. I don't feel like spinning them off the bar every day. I wish the weights varied in size than have a bunch of the same weights. But other than that, great set. I can do different exercises using the dumbbells and then fitting the middle bar on to make it a barbell. Gives my body a good pump and I am able to sweat compared to if I just use resistance bands.I highly recommend giving the weights a good wipe down. They were oily.The grip is nice, the bars are sturdy. I feel safe lifting it above my head.These came with no uhm.. idk what they’re called, the little stoppers to stop the weights from slipping, the nuts? So I contacted them & they immediately sent them to me, I use these to work out & they are PERFECT! I’ve lost 20 pounds so far alterning my diet slowly & exercising 20 minutes a day with these on the lightest weight u can. I heavily recommend these !This set of dumbells comes with an extended bar that allows you to take your workout from handweights to bench presses within a few seconds. They are perfectly weighted. The bar is padded with extra cushioning so they are comfortable to use.The bar is too narrow, limiting the possibilities of use. We’ll made tho.Prefect for staying toned, easy to interchange and priced rightEverything is plastic, but it’s a good price for a variety of barbell weights. It should be noted that all weights are labeled in kilograms.Packaging came damage. I would give them 5 stars if they were only meant to be dumbbells but the connection bar is a terrible and useless attachment. For the price it is a good investment for a starter home gym during the pandemic.
