I returned this fitness tracker watch for a couple of reasons. I do not believe it was totally accurate with step counting and it would not hold a charge or charge all the way (usually stopping around 60%), even when it was charging all night. It does not count sideways stepping, which I do a lot of in my job, or steps when you are carrying something. I work in retail and noticed this right away. I suppose if I was walking on a track, it would be more accurate, but for a daily, physical job, I do not feel that this watch is the best for this particular situation. The mobile app was very easy to understand and use, so wonderful job there! 3 stars since it did not work as I had hoped, but think it would for other users.
