Material: I bought one of these in 2019 and two in 2021. I'm still wearing all three, and I wear and wash them a lot. No fraying yet! The older one is 95% cotton/5% polyester. It feels thinner than the other two. They are 95% cotton/5% spandex. They feel slightly "stiffer" and more like 100% cotton would feel. I like both.Size: I usually wear a medium and I ordered a large because I wanted to make sure they would be long enough to wear with leggings, bottom covered. I'm glad I ordered large: The shoulders fit just like a medium usually does.Shape: These are not tight, but they are nicely fitted - feminine shape, not square like a man's t-shirt. All three of mine are the short sleeve (not cap sleeve), with no side slits. They are rounded/scooped at the bottom of the front and back, coming up slightly on the sides to the seams. A little longer in back than front.
