DESIGNED FOR PERFORMANCE: The solid steel heads are friction welded to the handles to for a permanent bond, then rubber coated with a durable, high-grip rubber. The steel construction makes them up to 30% smaller than standard hex dumbbells made from cast iron. They are more stable and easier to handle, especially when doing heavy presses, snatches and jerks. The compact size takes up less space in your gym and makes storage easier.
CHOOSE YOUR SIZE: We offer the full range of dumbbell sizes from 5 lbs all the way through 100 lbs. The smaller sizes (5 – 15 lbs) have 30mm handles, and the 20+ lb dumbbells feature easy-grip 34mm handles. The weight is accurate to within 3% They are guaranteed to never bend, break, or loosen.
