I have been using these ankle cuffs as wrist cuffs for doing shoulder, side, laterals, and Y raises. They are holding up very well, and have no signs of quality issues. The only thing I wish is that they actually made some wrist cuffs because I have smaller wrists, and I have to crank down the Velcro to get it to be tight. Other than that another awesome product!
