I went through all the bs “thick” cushioned Mats that were 6mm yoga mats looking for a workout mat to do on my hardwood floors, my joints would feel everything!! This is the only mat that stays put, has enough cushion, and stores away perfectly that I have found, no sliding around like other “thick” mats. Perfect for hard floors on those tender joints.
