I love ALL The Next Fitness Star workout series and this one does not disappoint. The workouts were fun and just the right level of intensity, and I loved the trainer. She has a nice, encouraging personality that was pleasant and fun to work with her. I wish this trainer would make other fitness DVDs as I'd buy them for sure! I like the varying lengths of the workouts as well.Definitely one of my favorite go-to videos.
