Jumping rope is a good way to get some cardio with winter weather and closed gyms. This rope fits the bill with a thick somewht heavy rope and a wear sleeve to give longer eear. The rope can be cut to shorten and the hollow handles give about 5 inches of storage space to allow further adjustment. Good purchase, now I just have to get practice to improve my skills.I've used this rope a few times now doing hiit and ladders. Construction and quality feel good, I like the handles a lot. The rope itself doesn't feel 'heavy' exactly, but the woven sleeve seems to catch more air resistance and it definitely results in more of an upper body workout than my licorice rope.I was so skeptical because this is my third jump rope purchase in a week. But when this arrived, I was very satisfied. I used it this morning and it was perfect. Just what I wanted! I enjoyed my workout this morningJust what I was looking for. Great feel in hand and balanced well. Fast delivery. Couldn't ask for better.A decent set of weighted ropes, but the caps on the rope end tend to come loose and need to be tightened every week.Is very easy to adjust and use, I love it!Don't be intimidated by the word "weighted".
