The bag is delivered fully assembled and ready to be hung. Provides an all around work out including upper body, lower body and the core. It can be hung on any existing hardware or Heavy Bag Stand of any brand, or you can buy a hanging strap to put it over a ceiling beam that has 1" of space on the top to pass the strap through. The Hanging Straps come in varying lengths to adjust the height of the bag to your liking.
