In my opinion, I think these pants run a bit big. I'm 5'4, 120 lbs, and almost always wear a medium for these kind of pants. I was actually thinking about returning them, but then again, they are not to big as so I couldn't wear them. Length is good. Quality is good. I think the picture shows the blue color brighter than what they really are and I don't like how the back pockets are frayed along the edges. (it's how they are made) I'm hoping they shrink after washing and drying.
