Wow I just got this today and had it together in no time. It seems to be very well made and tough. I used it for half an hour straight and loved it. Got some good cardio and hand, head coordination training as well. I love the actual head, it's solid and not air filled. It feels really cool when you hit it too. Just the right weight and consistency. The base is filled with water and holds it steady as a rock. Make sure you tighten the set screw properly or it goes flying when you upper cut it for the homerun swing. hahaha. Found out the hard way.
