I wanted to love this but I don't. This is my 2nd vibration plate. The first one was a small standard one, so after 3 yrs I decided to upgrade to a 3D/4D. First, when I pulled out of the box, the rubber pad on top was already coming away from the board...CHEAP! Also it's extremely heavy so not that portable, and the wheel on it doesn't help much. The display screen is generic, no timer display just notches that represent minutes. The resistance bands are out front instead of off the sides which makes it a bit awkward. I've only used it a handful of times and it's already becoming quite noisy and jerky. I'm sadly disappointed in this! Its cheaply made! My 1st vibration plate was 1/2 the price and way better quality. Too much trouble to return so I guess I'm stuck with it. Sigh...One year update...Still trying to get some use out of this thing but I'm ready to trade it in for a better model. The rubber pad has slid completely off the board. I was able to put it back on, but how tacky! It's extremely noisy at this point, and one of the modes (one right before 3D) does nothing at all.
