✔️ The set 249-E combine the Stall Bar premium with the foldable Pull Up Bar for a basic fitness equipment setup. ✔️ The set contains: 1) - Stall Bar (Swedish Ladder). Dimensions: 7 feet, 10 1/2 inches (height) x 2 feet, 11 1/2 inches (width). Made entirely from oak wood. Have 2 stringers made from oak wood (1.3 inches thick). Oval rungs, 17 pieces, made from oak timber wood, and have Ø 1-1/4'' x 1-5/8'' (round rungs ø 1-3/8' on request). The mounting of bars to both sides of the product is performed by using wood screws on the back side. The last rung on the top is positioned one more projecting and the other more re-entering to make it possible some suspension exercises or passive cervical tractions. The final top rung of the Stall Bar is offset outward approximately 2''-3'' from the rest of the rails to remove pressure from the forearms when hanging. Included 2 wood slats (mounting boards) 1.3 inches thick for montage on the Wall. There is a cut out (5.9 inches height x 1.57 inches width) at bottom of the stringers to go over skirting boards. Shipped unassembled. Easy to assemble. Installation hardware included. 2) - Foldable Pull Up Bar. Can be attached at any height on stall bars. For pull ups and stretching exercises. Fabricated from steel, powder coated white and supplied with a beech wood cross bar. No assembly required. The pull-up bar itself is round, diameter 1-3/8'' and is made of beechwood.
