This monitor has been a great motivator for watching my health. Easy to setup, read and comfortable. But, you will need to calibrate and recalibrate the BP monitor. I purchased it specifically for that feature, but have found that I am not completely sure that it is always reading properly. I think I've almost figured it out and wearing it has inspired me to live a healthier life! The sleep monitor has been the most insightful to me in realizing where I need to make some adjustments in my sleep patterns.So far so good.I like the features of the watch. I do not like having to take the band off each time you need to charge it. I am unable to charge it with my computer or the dock on my clock. Searching for an appropriate charger.OkI bought the M10 fitness tracker and really like all of the features. I did have problems charging it after two months, but the problem was quickly resolved by the company. The Customer Service rep Rachel couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. I would buy their products again.I use it for measuring BP and walking had a major issue talk to customer service and they went above and beyond to take care of my problem,I would highly recommend this product for what ever your needs maybe.Update to my original review: I was contacted by the seller and the item was replaced. Great customer service!This item worked great for one week. Then I had to recharge it. When taking the wristband off to recharge something broke and now I cannot charge it. What a waste.Have not used it yet. Just got it today. Looks good and has all the needed features.Facile d'installation. Belle couleur. C'est plaisant de changer de couleur selon notre habillement.
