Excellent material, all said about durability and stitching and strength are all true.for me being short and petite and older needing to adjust the straps, is is doable but needs some maneuvering.I wish they had plates smaller than 5.7 , so petite seniors like me could start at safer weight, I will start with back plate first, then add the front or just wear the jacket without plates as it is heavy enough and put smaller wt bars,etc. I bought other products that said one fits all but too lose for me to wear.
