After reading the other reviews, I got a large (I'm a 36 C). This fit great, and holds in the girls while rock climbing. It's great quality and has held up perfectly through multiple washes. While it's perfect for what I need, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone larger chested or doing high impact exercise.Not as comfortable as it is cute. Kind of chokes me.one of my favorite bras. not good for high impact, but super comfortable.The design is for a small frame person. I ordered xl, and the bra cup area still small. I'm Asian and ware 38C. The front cut of the garment is so small, can only cover half of my chest.Definately not a large by any stretch of the garmet. I thought I was choking at my chest area, Dangerously tight. Sent back.
