After 4 or 5 years I was finally diagnosed with lymphedema. For the next 2 to 3 years I've been going through the standard management of this affliction. Then a friend happened to learn that vibration therapy can help reduce swelling from lymphedema. So after some reading/research I decided to purchase this vibrating plate due to it'smid range price point and its weight limit being within my size. Thank goodness I did!!!! In just over 2 weeks and using it once day during work days and 2 to 3 times a day on my days off for 10 minutes each at 99, I've reduced the swelling in my calves by about 1.25 inches!!!! The bonus of this product actually being a workout and losing weight and gaining strength as well, is awesome too!!!! I'm 56 and very out of shape and over weight, so trust me when I say this product is a Godsend! The only negative I have is the surface ridges meant to add grip, are painful in bare feet, so you have to put on shoes to use it. But it's a small inconvenience considering the benefits!I love all the benefits that it helps I would recommend this product pain relief stress relief and it loosens up stiffness it's easy to useY'all! I have hypothalamic obesity to deal with. I don't eat very much at all. I can eat as little as 700 calories per day and will gain weight. I've struggled for 45 years; nothing has helped. I started out weighing 434 pounds. If you're thinking about this as a purchase, do it! I can't say enough good things about it. My weight, coupled with the condition of my skin body wide, and the fact that the bottom of my legs were suffering with decreased circulation made me desperate. I bit the bullet and decided to purchase this. I have had this a bit over two months now. I have lost 16 pounds. The only thing I have done different is to get on this about two minutes at a time, a couple times a day. My skin looks so renewed and supple. My circulation has greatly improved. My weight is dropping. I'm happy! Oh! And let me not forget to mention the pain relief this thing gives my joints. Amazing, y'all! Buy it! Use it! I weigh 418 pounds and it is sturdy. Hold onto a chair to get on and get off though. It'll help.I CANNOT say enough good things about this vibration plate! When I purchased this product I did not expect to have so many great benefits come along with it so soon. Before purchasing I read through the reviews and seen a few comments about this helping with cellulite. In my head I was thinking ‘yeah right!’. I’ve tried numerous products to get rid of my dimpled thighs and bottom only to be let down by the lack of results; HOWEVER! After only having this machine for 1 week, at least 60% of my cellulite is GONE!!! I use this for 10 min twice a day, THATS IT! Not only that, but I can really feel the difference this thing has had on circulation of my legs and feet. 4 years ago I had to have open heart surgery at the young age of 35, and ever since that surgery I always have swelling in my lower legs, ankles, and feet. Half the time the circulation issues were so bad that I felt like my feet were DEAD, no feeling whatsoever. After using this product my feet feel alive again, and my swelling has subsided quite a bit. I’ve only had this vibration plate for a couple weeks, so it’s still too soon to tell about any weight loss, but even if I don’t lose any weight I DONT CARE! The other benefits alone make it a great and worthwhile purchase.Instructions are easy to follow, even though you can tell it was transcribed from another language. The remote control is easy to use, and the workout bands come in handy for keeping me balanced. There’s only 1 issue that I had a problem with. In the Item description it says this holds up to 440lbs(I think that’s what it was), however, In the users manual it says the max weight is 120kg, which correlates to 264lbs if my math’s right..This does not affect me, as I’m well within those parameters, but it may affect someone else who is thinking about buying this, so just thought I’d mention it..One last thing-I was offered a 10$ gift card for a 5 star review but this has no bearing on everything that I have written about my experience with this product. This is my honest review, regardless if there’s any reward for it or not:)Haven't even had it a full week and for the cost some of the material is coming up as u can see in the picture I'll be reaching out to the company to see what they are willing to do or it will be going back to Amazon because this is crazyI had to use a vibrating machine at the chiropractor’s office after a neck and back adjustment. I liked the experience so I researched and bought this one. This machine is great. It’s nearly silent. Works as intended. The remote is nice. Just make sure you look for it while unboxing because it’s tucked behind in the styrofoam. I almost threw mine out. Definitely worth the purchase. Great to use in the morning when getting motivated for the day and it’s nice to use at the end of the day to relax. Great post work out and when you feel you just want a body massage. 10 out of 10 on this one for me.Only used this 3 times and the rubber is movingI was worried that I’d have a problem getting used to this, but it was great for me right out of the gate. It’s a nice big platform which makes it easy to stand in different poses. The lighted controls and remote control are all big pluses. It’s quiet and has a very solid feeling. I’ve been recommending it to Everybody. At 75 it’s hard to find things that are comfortable and safe to use. When somebody comes into my house I have them using it in no time. Kids are amazed by it. Get one, you’ll be so glad you did.
