These jump ropes are just like to ones we used in elementary school gym class. They have lasted and endured more abuse than any others we have tried.We returned this. It was really shortI'm 5-11 and was having issues jumping rope because the rope was short or to fine. This is fantastic.I jump rope in a boxing class and this has helped tremendously. I went from not jumping to jumping backwards in a few short weeks. Especially good for the heightI had to return this product due to it being too small. However I did notice it was very durable and the value for the money was great.Very cheap!
