The photo on the box is misleading; it looks as though there is a piece that goes around the ear. They pop out constantly which is really annoying when I'm running. Dumb.They're pretty bad. They do not stay in my ears during a workout -- I've tried both the large and small ear pieces, and neither work. The sound quality is also pretty terrible. Music is muted, the levels are strangely out of balance, and they sound a bit like you're listening underwater. The microphone works, but there are much better options.Useless! The rubber peice keeps collapsing and they continually fall out of your ears. I cycle through a major East Coast city and was almost hit by a cab trying to stick these back in my ears.
