The Stamina InMotion Rower was a good purchase. The rower is well constructed, and it is very solid. It works very well. You need to put it together. It does not take long to install everything together. You can put it together in 30 to 45 minutes or so. This is not a high-end rower, but it does it's job.You get a very good workout on this machine. There is very good resistance when you row. It takes some time to build up yourself to be able to handle the higher resistance with multiple reps. The more you use it, the easier it will be for you to pull as you build your strength. If it were easy to pull, then the machine is useless as an exercise equipment to build any strength.The machine is fairly quiet, and it is fairly smooth when you use it. The handlebar and the foot pedals are good. The rower is fairly compact, and you can stand it up to store to conserve space. The footprint of the machine is small as well.This is not a professional rower, but it gives you a satisfactory workout at an inexpensive price. You can buy a higher-end rower, but the workout may not be any more than from this machine.I recommend the Stamina InMotion Rower because the rower is durable and solid. It is a very good exercise machine. It gives an excellent workout. And, it is at a very good price on Amazon. If you have Amazon Prime, the 2-day Free shipping is very nice.
