I used these at a friends place and decided to get a pair of my own. So far I am gaining the upper body strength and toned arms I’ve aspired to a few weeks in. I bought these and let them sit a while and now I used them just about every day. I like the previous older model my friend had since it seemed like the bottom rubber/ plastic was sturdier, won’t warp through prolonged use. We’ll see how they hold up to the pressure and force a year from now!I had an old pair that were cheaper in the handles are stiff hard plastic. The new ones are much more comfortable on the hands. There is no discomfort holding the PP handles. They seem to be sturdily built. Time will tell.Wrist pain had prevented me from doing pushups, mountain climbers, burpees, etc as part of my workout routine. Using these I can do it all (well, my wrist pain is no longer the limiting factor). Bonus for the padded grips.I bought a pair about 8 years ago and still using it today. Why do I like this more than just plain old palm to the floor push up? It allows slight rotation which to makes my push up a bit more comfortable...especially for me because I tend to get elbow/tricep pain. Also it allows greater extension of the push up. You go about 3 inches deeper using these. I do think it provides a slightly improved work out overall. It's solidly build and no problems for me all these years. I think it's worth the $30 bucksI’m not a body builder by any means but I can clearly feel a difference in doing push ups the regular way versus using the perfect pushup. I love the range of motion my wrists can make when going down and coming up on each rep.My muscles are getting that nice burn again that I haven felt unless I was over exerting myself. I’m more about quality over quantity.Now I can do half the push-ups I did before I start feeling it which means I am using muscles I haven’t been using before.
