If you're lifting heavy or lifting frequently and experience wrist or joint pain then these are a must have.I've been using these for over 5 years now and I still prefer them over other competitor weight lifting gloves.The only issue is that the wrist wrap ends up tearing after 3-6 months usually if you're lifting frequently (3-4x times a week).
