This book inspired me to get back to working on myself. I have a way to go but I keep referring back to ideas in thisbook. I am now working on charts for motivation that are suggested in the book. I have also taken a room in my home foran exercise room with a treadmill, bands and weights plus DVD and different CDS that help me to keep up the workouts. Iam 75 years old and I am trying to keep limber, keep as mobile as i can and keep my muscles use able. I wish I had thisbook when I was much younger. Many good tips. I have even gone back to Weight Watchers for group motivation and timefor myself to connect with people also interested in healthy living.There are many helpful tips in this book. It is also very inspiring. I am motivated to take back my life and get healthy once again. I owe it to myself and my family. The book is great on exercise and nutrition but very little about vitamin and mineral requirements to build and maintain health.This book has helped me with my weight loss journey. 28 lbs. down!
