I’m 5’4” and around 138, 36 D or DD and 28 waist. I got the large and happy with fit. Seems the bra part runs smaller in proportion to the waist. So large was a good fit for me, I imagine medium would be tighter on waist and small in bra, and I don’t want more armpit boob. padding is a little thicker than average in bra lettes. Wearing around house and not for work out so not sure about compression. But feels supportive and a little push up ish. Seems like good quality material and seems, more Lycra feel than cottony, but somewhere in between. Doesn’t seem like it will pill or snag which is a plus and will see how they fare over time with wash and wear! Colors aren’t exactly true to pics, I got lavender gray and it’s more of a true cool lavender, one step darker than pastel. Champagne tie dye is more like a spring pea green, not yellowy at all, and navy is a true navy, not too dark that you can’t tell it’s navy blue. Will buy in other colors if they hold up!As expected, the pads will get wonky as you wash and dry it. But it is still cute and I wear it a lotThe quality, fit and feel of this workout top is spot on. The sizing is a little weird so be sure to look at their size chart and read my review about the odd sizing. Tip: If you are in between sizes, size up. Here is why: I'm 5'3 135 lbs and wear a 32DD/34D bra. According to the chart a 32DD should get size Medium. But a 34D should get size Large. Most women know that 32DD and 34D are 'sister' sizes. So in theory, they should both be the same size tank. This is why I say sizing is a littler weird. They had me in two different sizes. So I ordered the Medium, because my true bra size is 32DD and all my other workout tops are medium. This Medium turned out to be a bit too tight in the chest. So in hindsight I should have gone with the Large. I hope this helps other chesty ladies decide which size to choose.I love it!
