I Just started working out these past 2 months and this thing works wonders!! I really feel like I'm getting a good sweat on and a good workout! I usually come home completely soaked! In a weird way it's totally satisfying! It fits me perfectly and I only have a little trouble when after a work out taking it off just because I'm sweaty and hot and soar. The only concern I have is the fact that there is no zipper safety material between you and the zipper so make sure to be careful. When washing I usually just put it in the shower with me and soak it down in body wash then let it air dry, because I'm afraid of washing it in the washer and then using the dryer for the fear of it shrinking.
