It has great cushioning in he footbed, and is roomy in the toe. There is not an arch support as the foot bed is flat. A comfortable shoe for casual wear, but not enough support for active sports wear.Comfortable, light, Great for walking or jogging, they feel great ...Recipient thought they were ok, but did not want.They are confortable for training.Great lightweight workout shoeLove the shoes but in month three they have developed a hole in the top of the left foot by the toe. Disappointed in the quality for sure!Highly recommend this shoes.. it has memory foam and it's very light with great support. I got the gray and pink in size 5 and I love itover the years i've tried all types of shoes but am always left upset with sore feet but not with this pair these shoes are perfect in everyway.Very disappointed
